Lift Heavy until it’s not Heavy anymore
In our Weightlifting Technique class, we teach quality movements for the snatch, clean, and jerk and we use corrective exercises and positions to anticipate and correct the technical errors that all Weightlifters experience.
By improving your positions and moving the barbell and your body correctly, you can become technically proficient and improve as a weightlifter, and as an athlete.
The class work will be progressive, covering exercises from a top down and bottom up approach. Every class we will alternate what exercises we work on so that you have an even amount of practice with each lift. If you would like to focus on your technique, this class is for you.
