Introduction to Weightlifting
Small group class (four participants only) structured to take you through all the movements of weightlifting. You will learn safe and proper technique, become more knowledgeable about weightlifting, and experience what a normal training session is like!
What to Expect
Day 1 – Snatch (part 1)
Day 2 – Clean (part 1); Snatch recap
Day 3 – Jerk (part 1); Clean (part 2); Snatch (part 2)
Day 4 – Jerk (part 2)
Day 5 – Assistance and Combination Exercises
Day 6 – First official programmed training session
No prior weightlifting experience required. This is great for beginners who want to learn and progress.
