Barbell Club

Barbell Club is a small group class with a team atmosphere with tailored programs for everyone who wants to become a better Weightlifter. We aim to build strength and good technique in the Snatch and Clean-and-Jerk.

We coach and support each athlete through their individual development with a maximum class size of 10 people only.

We build camaraderie and accountability by training with other Weightlifters as a small friendly team.
